Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Fixbulance LLC (“Fixbulance,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using fixbulance.com, our booking website, or any related online feature or service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or online services.

These Terms apply to website use and online interactions. A repair estimate, appointment confirmation, receipt, warranty statement, or other written service-specific document may contain additional terms that apply to a particular repair. If a service-specific term conflicts with these website Terms, the service-specific term controls for that repair.

Website & Services

Fixbulance provides information about mobile device repair and allows customers to request or schedule repair appointments, check service-area availability, contact us, and review available repair options. We are a mobile repair service and do not operate the website as a promise that every repair, part, model, location, or appointment time will always be available.

Website content is provided for general information and convenience. Repair availability may depend on the device model, diagnosis, part availability, technician availability, location, and the condition of the device.

Appointments, Estimates & Availability

Appointment requests are subject to confirmation. Estimated prices and timeframes may change if the device model, condition, prior repair history, hidden damage, or required parts differ from the information provided when the appointment was requested.

We may reschedule, decline, or cancel an appointment when reasonably necessary, including when a required part is unavailable, the requested location is outside our service area, weather or safety conditions interfere with mobile service, or the repair cannot reasonably be completed as described.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, online prices and quotes are estimates and do not create a binding obligation to perform a repair at a particular price until the repair scope is confirmed.

Customer Responsibilities

You represent that you own the device submitted for repair or are authorized by the owner to request service. You agree to provide accurate information about the device, the problem, previous repairs, liquid exposure, passwords or access restrictions that may affect testing, and any condition that may create a safety concern.

You are responsible for removing or disabling device locks, account locks, anti-theft features, or other restrictions when reasonably necessary for diagnosis or post-repair testing. We will not request access beyond what is reasonably needed to perform or verify the requested service.

Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

Payment terms, deposits, cancellation rules, and refund eligibility may vary by repair and will be shown or communicated through the booking process, invoice, estimate, or other service-specific communication. You agree to pay authorized charges associated with the repair or services you approve.

Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers. Fixbulance does not control those providers’ systems or terms, and your use of their services may be subject to separate agreements and privacy policies.

Repairs, Parts & Warranty

Repair outcomes depend on the condition of the device and the nature of the damage. A repair may reveal additional defects that were not visible or diagnosable before disassembly. If additional work is recommended, we will seek approval before charging for work beyond the authorized repair unless otherwise permitted by law or agreed in writing.

Part type, manufacturer, quality tier, and availability may vary by device and repair. Any specific warranty applicable to a repair is governed by the written warranty terms provided with the booking, invoice, receipt, or repair documentation. Warranty coverage may exclude new physical damage, liquid damage, misuse, unauthorized subsequent repair, unrelated component failure, or other exclusions stated in the applicable warranty.

Device Data & Backups

You are responsible for maintaining a current backup of important data before repair. Although repair work is generally intended to preserve normal device data, hardware failure, pre-existing damage, software conditions, security features, or other circumstances may result in data loss or make data inaccessible.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fixbulance is not responsible for loss, corruption, disclosure, or inability to access data that results from pre-existing device failure, ordinary repair risk, manufacturer security controls, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Electronic Communications

When you contact us, submit a form, request an appointment, provide an email address or phone number, or otherwise communicate electronically, you consent to receive service-related communications using the contact information you provide. These communications may include appointment updates, estimates, receipts, support messages, and other information necessary to provide service.

Marketing communications, if any, will be sent only as permitted by applicable law and may include an unsubscribe or opt-out method where required.

Intellectual Property

The Fixbulance name, logo, website design, original text, graphics, photographs owned by Fixbulance, software, and other website materials are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for ordinary personal use of the website, you may not reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, scrape, sell, license, or commercially exploit Fixbulance materials without written permission.

Third-party product names, trademarks, and logos remain the property of their respective owners. References to device manufacturers are used to identify compatible devices and services and do not necessarily imply affiliation or endorsement.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website or services to:

• violate any applicable law, regulation, contractual obligation, or third-party right;
• interfere with website security, performance, or availability;
• introduce malware, harmful code, or unauthorized automated traffic;
• scrape, harvest, copy, or commercially exploit website content without permission;

Fixbulance is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or practices of third-party websites or services that we do not control.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and website content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose, or that all information will always be complete or current.

Nothing on the website should be treated as a guarantee that a particular device is repairable or that a repair will restore a device to a particular condition until the device has been inspected and the repair scope has been confirmed.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fixbulance will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from website use, inability to use the website, or reliance on website content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Service-specific liability, if any, may also be governed by the applicable repair authorization, invoice, warranty, or other written service terms.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Fixbulance harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.
