Welcome to Fixbulance! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and mobile repair services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Offered

Fixbulance provides mobile phone repair services at customer locations. Services include, but are not limited to, screen replacement, battery replacement, water damage treatment, and general diagnostics.

2. Appointments and Cancellations

• Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or via our mobile app.
• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any appointment due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Cancellations made by customers less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of $25.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due in full upon completion of service.
• We accept major credit/debit cards, digital payments, and cash.
• All payments are non-refundable once the service is completed unless covered by our warranty.

4. Warranty

All repairs come with a 90-day limited warranty on parts and labor.

The warranty does not cover:

• Physical damage after the repair
• Water damage
• Tampering by other technicians
• Software issues

5. Liability

• Fixbulance is not responsible for any data loss during repairs. Customers are advised to back up their data in advance.
• Fixbulance is not liable for any device complications resulting from existing damages or issues unrelated to our repair work.

6. Device Ownership

By submitting a device for repair, you affirm that you are the rightful owner or have legal authorization to request service.

7. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how your information is used and stored.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content including logos, text, images, and software is the property of Fixbulance and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

Fixbulance reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
